About the Athlete
Rashad is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and RYS 200 Yoga Alliance Teacher focused on providing the highest quality individual and group training services. He has his BS in Marketing from Oral Roberts University and his MS in Recreation & Sports Administration from Western Kentucky University. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and thousands of individual and group sessions under his belt, Rashad has a proven track record of client satisfaction, retention and results. Rashad has competed in amateur bodybuilding, men’s physique and local functional fitness competitions. He is an expert in strength and conditioning, weight loss, nutritional counseling and functional fitness circuit training. Rashad also spent 4 years as the strength and conditioning coach for a Division II men’s soccer team in Morrow, GA. He believes in aligning the spirit, soul and body and has shown this with his dynamic workouts and the results they have achieved for his clients locally and nationally.
